At RC & Co, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your selection isn't quite right, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
